Do you sell to customers outside of the United States?
Yes, as long as you don't mind paying for the extra shipping costs, anybody in the world can purchase our stamps. If you don't plan to use a credit card, we do ask that you obtain a money order for your transaction at your local bank. Typically, the shipping and handling costs are doubled for Canada and Mexico, and are tripled for anywhere else in the world. If you're using our automated shopping cart order forms, these figures should calculate automatically for you.
| Do you "custom-make" stamps?
No, you can view all of our stamps available in our on-line catalog. If you're looking for a particular kind of stamp, please ask and we'll see if we can point you in the right direction. Also, be sure check out the links page. Some of the vendors there specialize in custom-made stamps.
| I need my order by a certain time. How quickly can I expect to receive it?
We understand how anxious you can be to receive your stamps. As soon as we receive your order (via mail or via our on-line shopping cart), we will e-mail you letting you know it's been received and give you a time frame as to when it'll be shipped out. Many orders are shipped out the same day, but they will always be shipped no later than two business days of receipt (wholesale may take a few days more).
| I'm having some trouble using the shopping cart. Is there another way to place my order?
This website works best with computers with the most up-to-date browsers. If you are experiencing some difficulty, the first step would be to update your browser to the most current version. You can place your order through the mail by going to http://www.pfy.com/order, printing out the blank order form, filling it out by hand, and mailing it with your check or money order to the address as shown on the form. You can also print out an unmounted order form by going to http://www.pfy.com/unmountedorder.
| I prefer to look through a paper catalog. Do you have a paper catalog available?
Our website is setup so that you can order from us without ever purchasing a paper catalog. The other benefit of choosing your stamps on-line is that you'll always be current with the most up-to-date information as stamps are added to our line.
